Use as a source, salad dressing, marinade, probiotic drink or shot. Our kimchi juice comes from our award winning kimchis which are dry salted and fully fermented before being jarred. The nutritional benefits are increased by our traditional fermentation process. A more mature kimchi guarantees plentiful beneficial bacteria and a full bodied flavour. The kimchi also becomes more acidic and acts as a digestive enzyme allowing easier digestion and absorption of more nutrients. We use wild fermentation, relying on mother natures selection criteria to produce traditional nourishing probiotic food. Our Raw kimchis are full of beneficial bacteria due to not heat treatment pasteurisation or preservatives.
