To cook: Vegetarian: sauté paste in a hot pan, add veggies of your choice, puffy tofu and coconut milk. Poultry or seafood: marinate in the fridge for 2 hours, skewer, then cook either over the BBQ, under the oven grill, or on the stovetop in a hot oiled pan.
