About the product
This terrific small batch gin, inspired by the flavours of the Mornington Peninsula, is distilled by Garagiste Vintners in collaboration with Melbourne's The Craft and Co distillery.
They use 20 different botanicals, including foraged ingredients such as local samphire, saltbush, kelp, wild fennel, and wild fennel pollen to impart the all-important coastal experience. All this is mixeswith plenty of juniper notes to create balance.
