About the product
Pate made with tuna from controlled and sustainable fisheries, caught one by one with rod by artisanal fishermen from the coastal Middle-East Atlantic.
The manufacturing process is made by hand following the traditional recipe, using tuna, olives from the Hojiblanca variety, first cold pressed organic olive oil, onions, garlic and pepper from certified organic farming.
