Bonsoy Tofu comes in a convenient long life box, requiring no refrigeration until opened. Bonsoy's new premium organic NigariTofu is prized for both its texture and taste. This style of firm silken Tofu has its roots in traditional Japan and is made with Nigari, a traditional firming agent and a naturally occuring sea mineral.
A truly versatile product that will star on its own or serve chilled and drizzled with Ponzu and shallots, add to stir frys, use in desserts or in your favourite recipes.
