About the product
The Aged Cashew Nut Cheese definitely looks the part, and delightfully, crumbles authentically like a good parmesan. Looks can, however, be deceiving. This is not a pungent cheese, but it is definitely one with a great deal of gusto. The ageing process has done intriguing things to the flavour profile, exaggerating the sweet, aromatic flavour of the cashews which serve as an excellent counterpoint to the big bitey tang. This cheese pairs beautifully with both sweet and savoury. By which we mean everything.

Cashews*(96%), rejuvelac (buckwheat*, filtered water), non-hydrogenated canola oil, citric acid and himalayan pink salt. *Organic where available.
