We have strict measures for quality control, we check and then double check our produce before it leaves our warehouse and only buy the best quality from growers we know and trust. However, if, you have received something which is not up to the level of freshness you were expecting we offer a credit on your account for future use, a full refund directly to your card or if possible we will replace the item for you. Simply call or email us with the details and if possible include a photo of the item. We go to the markets daily and do not carry produce from the previous week. This ensures the produce we are holding is the freshest available on the market. Often the produce you receive will have been picked the day before your receive it! We aim to delivery only the freshest and best quality and this is why we offer a quality satisfaction guarantee on all our fresh produce items.
Our website has the highest level of online security this is demonstrated by the small green lock symbol next to the URL. To ensure protection of your credit card details, payments are processed using a secure, third party payment gateway service, run by Merchant Warrior. This service is PCI-DSS compliant which is the industry standard for secure credit card payments. Any changes or updates to your payment information need to be made via this gateway. For security purposes Doorstep will not handle any credit card information via phone or email. All your payment details are encrypted and cannot be accessed by our customer service staff.
If you are having any problems placing your order online or just need some advice or information, we are only a phone call away. We aim to include on our website as much product information about individual items as possible, however, if there is something missing you need to know please give us a call and we will assist.
We aim to deliver your order in the quickest time frame possible. We deliver to many Sydney suburbs 5 days a week. We also offer a 'same day' courier service for a small additional charge, at present this service is only offered to select suburbs additional surburs will be added over time. For standard delivery charge you can order up to midnight the day before your delivery day.
