Refer a friend terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to our 'refer a friend' scheme.

To refer a friend you must first be registered as a customer of Doorstep Organics. You can register here.

You can refer a friend by going to 'accounts and notifications' and entering your friend's email address in the Refer A Friend section.

If you ask us to send an email invite to a friend, you agree:

• to only ask us to email friends that you know well, and that you think will be interested in an email from us
• that we can send an email to your friend
• that the emails can include your name and say that you have referred the friend.

By signing up with our refer a friend program, you’ll give a friend $25* off their first purchase at Doorstep Organics of $100* or more. The refer a friend code for the referred friend is only valid for first-time customers and is valid one time per person or household. Referral offer expires 30 days after referrer’s email is sent.  Once the friend has redeemed their Refer a friend coupon and has their order on the way to them, then the referrer will be sent a $25* gift voucher.

*These values may change from time to time. The latest values will be published in the Refer A Friend section of your 'accounts & notifications'.

We may not send an email invite if your friend is already a customer of Doorstep Organics or if they’ve already been invited by another friend.

You’ll get the 'refer a friend' gift voucher if you and your friend meet the following criteria:

You need to:

• have an Account with us
• comply with our terms

Your friend will need to:

• have never placed an order with us
• comply with our terms

How we give you our 'refer a friend' gift voucher

If you and your friend meet the requirements set out in these terms, we will email your friend the 'refer a friend' coupon code to use on an online purchase.

The 'refer a friend' gift voucher applies once per friend.

Other things you should know about our 'refer a friend' gift voucher:

• You agree not to engage in any activity that may be considered fraudulent, invasive or spammy
• If we reasonably believe that you are abusing the 'refer a friend' gift or are otherwise in breach of our terms we can choose not to pay you the 'refer a friend' gift.
• We can suspend or stop giving the 'refer a friend' gift voucher at any time.
• We can change these terms and conditions any time.
• If for some reason we can’t pay you the 'refer a friend' gift voucher as planned, we aren’t liable to you or anyone else if we don’t pay you the 'refer a friend' gift voucher. We will resolve any dispute or issue to do with the 'refer a friend' gift in the way we consider to be fairest to everyone involved. Our decision will be final.

These terms and conditions apply in addition to the general Doorstep Organics Terms of use and any special terms and conditions applicable to you.
