About the product
Named after the Sea, MAR fish products are made using traditional methods used by Portuguese fisherman for years. All Tuna are caught using traditional methods – using Pole and Line or FAD Free Purse Seine.
Once caught, the fish is worked by hand, cleaned and placed on grills to be cooked by steam. Then packed by hand in Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Whole fillets of Tuna are used.
All fish are caught from sustainable fisheries, using sustainable and dolphin friendly methods.
