The hero of our range, taramosalata is silky, smooth and tangy, all at once. Made using the closely held recipe gifted to us in extraordinary circumstances nearly 40 years ago. This dip is versatile and delicious and we use across a range of traditional and modern recipes including delicious canapes, tasty salads and hearty meals
