About the product
Coming from German stock, quark was a daily staple in our house. Mum used in in pretty much everythin; from bread and crackers to lasagnes and quiches. It’s mildly tart, thick, smooth and deliciously creamy. With herbs and spices folded through, this tub is for the savoury lovers.
Ingredients
Non-homogenised certified organic cow’s milk, onion 2%, capsicum 1%, garlic, dill, chilli, salt, cultures (Acidophilus, Bifidos, L.Casei and cheese) and non animal rennet.
