This dish is straight from the Mrs Lik’s menu, Gavin has been working with Justin (owner and founder of Mrs Lik’s) in the same kitchen for the past year. As Justin is retiring, we are taking on some of the classic Mrs Lik’s dishes. Justin trained at Longrain and owned Jimmy Lik’s, Potts Point.
