Our 100% organic black rice is deliciously nutty, and very rich in antioxidants and essential nutrients (iron, vitamin, phosphorus, fibre).
Black rice is one of the rices richest in protein (per 100g, 9g for black rice vs. 7g for brown rice).
Whilst many whole grains contain gluten, black rice is a highly nutritious, naturally gluten-free option that can be enjoyed by those on a gluten-free diet, as well as providing a protein, fibre and iron rich accompaniment for those who tolerate gluten.
