This delicious, spicy and fragrant red Thai style curry is made with grass fed beef, a fresh curry paste made with lemongrass, ginger, galangal, garlic, shallot, shrimp paste and coriander, and then this is cooked in a coconut and palm sugar sauce finished sauce with fish sauce, lime juice, kaffir lime leaves, tamarind and sweet potato. Add a side of our rice to make a full meal, and serve with vegetables or salad
