About the product
Walkerswood Jamaican Jerk Seasoning is a traditional style jerk seasoning with the authentic taste of Jamaica. Perfect for chicken, pork and fish. Rub onto the meat before cooking and, for best results, marinate overnight but at least 30 minutes. Walkerswood recommend about 2 to 3 tablespoons of marinade for every kilogram of meat. You can even add this to cooked vegetables to add another dimension of flavour.
