This is far from your average spiced Rum. First of all, it is Scotland's first and only Rum, made in a purpose-built distillery in Banchory.

Dark Matter's infusion takes in a swathe of fresh ginger, green peppercorns, hand-crushed allspice berries and Indian long pepper. Finally, to impart the ideal balance of sweet and spice, 60 g/l molasses is added back.

This rum liqueur is the result of experimentation around a trio of distinctive yet complementary flavours. It combines the richness and roast of Arabica coffee and toasted South American cocoa seeds with a just a dash of heat from Aji chilli peppers, all over a base of Dark Matter's distinctive Rum.

it's a far cry from your standard espresso martini mix, with its velvety palate and intense coffee and chocolate. The spice from the chilli balances the sweetness beautifully, and you'll wonder why it's never been added into coffee liqueurs before.

Before “white whiskey,” there was moonshine, otherwise known as whiskey before it is aged in a barrel—though the word can also mean any illegally-made spirit. Ours is a corn whiskey made from 80% New York State organic corn and 20% malted barley. It is double distilled and reduced to a smooth, drinkable 80 proof. Bright with a sweet slap of corn, this is our take on a classic American whiskey.

41% ABV, 700 ml. Sweetdram Smoked Spiced Rum is a deliciously dry, new wave cocktail Rum without a pirate or a sea monster in sight.. Here Sweetdram's team take a proprietary Rum base - -blended from Guyanan, Jamaican and Bajan (Barbadian) Rums - and infuse it with grains of paradise, chamomile, lime leaf, fennel and cardamom. Lapsang and organic figs, warm-smoked over oak at the distillery, impart the smokiness. Unlike many (almost all) other 'spiced' Rum brands, Sweetdram doesn't add a single iota of artificial flavours or sugars.

The whisky has been aged a minimum of four and a half years in quarter cask barrels.
One the nose you will find fruit and malty aromas, with just a hint of peat. On the tongue, sweet and nutty flavours are present, which coat the palate to leave a very slight pleasant flavour of smoke.

Distilled and aged in Jamaica and the Dominican Republic for three years. The Jamaican component (40%) is from the Trelawny Parish and fermentation was long and wild. The Rum was then distilled in copper double retort pot stills. The Dominican component was column-distilled, and has been produced in the Spanish style, which is rounder and more mouth-filling, complementing the funk of the Jamaican proportion. This was tropically aged for three years before bottling
