Wal did his research and pays tribute the history of this iconic Tex-Mex dish with his original recipe for this pie. The Trottole, Pork and Fennel Sausage pack is made using Tathra Place Wessex Saddleback Pork, locally-sourced free range eggs and '00' flour from Ben Furney Milling.

Each pack comes with enough fresh pasta and sauce for two very substantial servings that can be ready in under five minutes.

Cook the pasta separately in unsalted water while the sauce is heated in a pan. Three minutes later, throw the drained pasta into the sauce, add a little pasta water and voilà!

Our famous butter chicken is firstly marinated in a tandoori style marinade with yoghurt and spices overnight, then chargrilled to give it that tandoor bbq flavour. It is then cooked in a sauce made with garam masala spices, tomato, cream, cashews, butter and then finished with a touch of honey and fenugreek.

This is then served with kale brown rice which is made with kale sauteed in garlic, and brown rice.

Makes a great lunch or dinner for one!
