About the product

Crisp and clean in style, FREE Organic Lager is brewed using traditional methods free from artificial constraints. Unfiltered, it is bright golden in colour. Its smooth bitterness, subtle aromas and spice is derived from a blend of organic pilsner malt and noble hops. The result is pure, refreshingly drinkable, preservative free, additive free and authentic.

Chardonnay

About the product

The sloping, south-facing Chardonnay block from which this wine derives has the classic well-drained, red ferresol soils so common in Gippsland. In terms of the winemaking, each batch is pressed and lightly settled before being racked to used barrels with plenty of solids. It's wild-fermented, then raised un-sulphured on its lees for 20 months in neutral wooden barrels which have previously housed the Caledonia Australis Chardonnay.
It's a creamy, textural wine with ripe stone fruits, honey and buttery aromas and flavours, along with a twist of matchstick on a fresh and persistent finish.

Heathcote Syrah No 2

About the product

The Syrah No. 2 comes mostly from short- and medium-length macerations (one to two weeks) and is made with 100% whole cluster, natural yeast fermentations and no sulphur additions until well after malolactic. Bottling occurred after 12 months aging in neutral oak.
The result is a spicy, medium-bodied Syrah, closer in weight to many Northern Rhône wines than what we typically expect from Heathcote. It offers loads of spice, energy and drive, and the complex aromas and flavours of dark plum, olive, bay leaf and tobacco.

All the benefits of wine....without the alcohol Plus and Minus is a contemporary range of wines developed to be richer in antioxidants, minus the alcohol. They are thoughtfully crafted to support the growth in consumers seeking wines more tailored to their lifestyle.
These zero alcohol wines have been hand-made without the use of any artificial sweeteners but do see the addition of grape skin extract (GSE) during the winemaking process. This GSE is rich in naturally occurring antioxidants delivering more of those benefits that can already be found in red wine but without the alcohol. The Plus and Minus range of wines have been uniquely hand-crafted using only high-quality grapes from premium, dry grown Australian vineyards.

Inspired by a joint love of caffé tonic we've developed this once off collaboration product between ourselves and cult coffee heroes, Everyday Coffee. 'The Eye Opener' is the spirit for those who like to burn the candle from both ends and whose mornings and nights merge into one.

At 40% ABV this gin has everything you would expect of a Poor Toms Gin with the added benefit of Everyday Coffee's Rwanda Gitesi filter coffee - resulting in a big pine-y juniper upfront with complex spice and creamy milk chocolate across the palate, finished with bright notes of freeze dried raspberry and native strawberry gum.

Add to your morning coffee, drink in a Negroni or swap the vodka for Coffee Gin in your Espresso Martini.

Our aim with the Morning Bride is to make a beautiful, very pale pink Rosé reminiscent of the French ones made from Mourvedre in the South of France . Ours is made using Shiraz however, which we harvest early to make a dedicated Rosé wine. You will find strawberry, watermelon, and a mild exotic ginger spice character on the nose, and fresh red fruits on the palate. Morning Bride is quite delicious as an aperitif and wonderful with crab, spicy food or a caramelised onion tart à la Provence.
