Our ‘Travel Writing’ Shiraz is grown approx 500m above sea level, just North of the town of Mudgee; between the Highway and the Cudgeegong River. These alluvial flats are perfect for sustaining vines, even in the driest of years. Deep garnet red in colour, and with intense blackcurrant, cassis and mulberry aromas, this full-bodied wine is rich and complex, with hints of toast on the finish. This wine was made from 100% NASAA certified organically farmed Shiraz.
