Kristen Allan Cheesemaker produces carefully handcrafted cheese and yoghurt, made using traditional techniques, in a cheesery based in Alexandria, Sydney. All of their ingredients are sourced from local producers: Country Valley milk, and cream, Pepe Saya buttermilk and Olsson’s kiln dried dairy salt.
