Cut 700g of your choice of vegetables, diced meat or chicken. Cook until sealed in a saucepan with 1 tablespoon of oil. Add a jar of this authentic handmade organic curry sauce, reduce heat and simmer until tender. Serve with basmati rice for a true Indian flavour.
