Our own take on an Indian murgh makhani (Butter Chicken) is packed with chicken in a yoghurt and tomato-based sauce.
Serve with rice, pappadams or naan bread, raita and a side of cauliflower or green peas. Sprinkle with fresh coriander, chilli and pretend you made it all yourself
