Add a side of our rice to make a full meal, and serve with vegetables or salad

This classic dish is our answer to a lasagne, and has been on the menu since we first started, and we haven’t been able to take it off! It is a truly decadent crowd pleaser, and serves 2-3 adults with leftovers, or 2 adults and 2 kids with the addition of a side salad or vegetables.

It is made with a rich red wine and fresh herb bolognese sauce tossed with penne pasta, and then this is topped with a decadent bechamel sauce made with three cheeses- provolone, Grana Padano parmesan and mozzarella cheese. This makes a great family dinner, for all ages, and even for casual entertaining. Great choice for a group of kids too!

This pasta bake is made with Orecchiette pasta mixed with a mix of super greens (kale, and mozzarella cheese, fresh herbs, and a cream sauce, and then it is layered with napolitana sauce on the bottom, and a velvety Grana Padano parmesan béchamel on top.
