About the product
What makes our Creme Fraiche different to sour cream is that we ferment the cream naturally using specially selected cultures that are incubated for 24 hours to lower the pH rather than adding acidifiers. Our creme fraiche is also richer and creamier. The result is a magnificently tangy flavour with a luxuriously smooth finish. It is ideally suited to sweet as well as savoury uses
